Shipping Timing
While shipping arrival times within the United States differ according to a host of variables, you can get a rough calculation by simply adding the order processing time and shipping time (see examples below). Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous U.S. addresses may take up to 30 calendar days.
Order processing time includes the time required to process an order, including credit card authorization and fulfillment. You'll find this information displayed on our product pages and in your cart.
Business days include Monday through Friday, except holidays. For items shipped by UPS, there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard Shipping – 1 day Processing 3 to 7 days Transit (order Monday by 2pm receive no earlier than Friday)
Expedited Shipping – 1 day processing 2 to 3 days transit (Order Monday by 2pm receiveno later than Thursday)
Express Shipping – 1 day processing 1 day shipping (Order Monday by 2pm receive no later than Tuesday)
Backordered Products
If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.
Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting us. Extension periods vary by product.
We do not charge your credit card until your item actually ships.
