At Fit2Run, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is very important to us. If for any reason the purchase does not suit your satisfaction, we will issue a refund for merchandise that has not been washed, worn, or abused and is accompanied by a receipt with the following exceptions:
Club Members:
Club members will receive a credit toward their next purchase when returning any worn merchandise.
Without a Receipt:
A store credit will be issued at the current price in accordance to the above guidelines.
Sales Price Adjustments:
Adjustments will be given within seven days, if the merchandise is returned with the receipt.
Sale Merchandise:
Sale Merchandise may be returned or exchanged only if the tags are intact and a store receipt accompanies the items.
Sunglasses & Watches:
These items are only returnable if the merchandise and price tags are intact and a store receipt accompanies the items. Merchandise that is scratched or damaged is not returnable.
Clothing:
Any undergarments, support tops, and running shorts are only returnable if not worn, pricetags are intact, and a store receipt accompanies the items.
